I don't have a leakage problem, but I can experience surges when standing after sitting or riding for more than an hour. I find only two deficiencies with this product. 1. I find it difficult to find the opening in the gray fabric packaging in low light. A white stripe or thread across the opening would help. 2. The top of the guard can roll down and become uncomfortable. There needs to be a better way to fasten the top of the guard to my briefs. Another glue strip would help.

There are 52 pads that are individually wrapped so they can be passed to several patients and makes it sanitary. I’m sure it will make patients feel more comfortable about bladder leakage and odor but not feel as good as wearing just underwear. Still, it would beat sitting in wetness.
