They adhere well to your underwear and remain in place for the the moment part, however if you walk a lot, thers might be some shifting and could make it uncomfortable. One notable drawback is their bulkiness, which may require wearing looser fitting pants to make thing more comfortable. While the size would probably fit most people, offering additional size options, particularly for slimmer men, would be beneficial. It does take a bit getting used to them, especially for those who do not frequently use incontinence products. However, once accustomed to them, the benefits outweigh the cons. They said they are very soft. Only complaint is they do not stay still the whole time and can come out of place. I think they act similar to pads it seems. The fit was as expected and were comfortable, and discreet, and odor control. The only concern would be the sound the plastic fabric that line the pad, that good be concerning when potentially walking.

I do not like the new Guards at all. They are less absorbent and require me to use 5 guards a day where I was using 2 before. I have been using your product for 17 years and was very pleased with it. The new guards are a big disappointment. You have downgraded the efficiency that I always depended on. I have a large supply of these guards on hand at the moment. Hope you will go back to the old guards real soon. I will keep trying to find a replacement for the future, as I can not "DEPEND" on your brand anymore. I will be watching your Ads to see if you have changed the product back to the original. Hope it will be real soon.

They absorb liquid well, prevent odor from spreading, and fit perfectly. They are comfortable and do not cause my dad any marks or itchiness on his skin. Also, they are discreet and you don’t notice any bulges through his clothing.

For my needs would be the shields. The guards were a bit bulky, and didn't stay in place as well as the shields did. Both did an excellent job of absorption, and odor control. I was very happy with both; if you just dribble a bit, I'd suggest the shields. However, the guards are a bit better for overnight. You'll be happy with either one I think.
