These protective guards come in a green mesh cloth to safeguard the pad from becoming dirty. It has 6 adhesive skinny lines running from top to bottom so the product will stay in place. The instructions indicate that these are to be worn with brief-type underwear and NOT boxer briefs. For sizing purposes, it looks like an upside down bowling pin where the skinny part fits between your legs and the bulbous part covers the groin to the bellybutton area. It is extremely wide at the top, too wide in my opinion, but it’s to fit men who “go left or go right” depending on preference. The edges have a curved pleating similar to baby diapers that fit around the thighs so they leak less. They absorb fairly well but they are far too bulky to be practical. The plastic backing also makes a crinkly noise which is quite embarrassing. I would buy these if they came in a more streamlined version.

The real problem is that they are allowing leakage. Possible due to change of this product or shape. Noticed sides are curved the way they used to be. Not talking about large but actually small drizzle that leak on the sides. I am 160lb and average size is what I get.
