Although it is big enough, it is definitely discreet by not making it obvious while wearing them on. You can comfortably wear it all day long without any issue. If you are on the fence, just get it.

The "new" guards are right in there with the "new" Coke and the current Ford dashboard when it comes to really bad changes. I've been using Depend Guards for several years since I had prostate surgery. They always worked splendidly, no leaking even after several hours. I've worn them on several guided tours in Europe and several airplane or driving trips in the US. Never a leak, never a spot. The new ones: failure after failure. I'm now searching through other brands to try to find something that functions as well as the old Guards. What a shame!

You can’t smell any urine on it and it’s way worth the value of it. Highly recommend it if you’re not wanting to wear an actual adult brief for men.

With prostate issues it’s hard to empty the bladder completely Don’t use them on boxer briefs they don’t work right. I am using them to keep me cleaner and more hygienic over all its good quality and absorption is great.

There's a little bit of an extra cup shape area to fit everything and it provides excellent protection. The only thing I didn't like is the thickness, I wish it was a little bit more thing.
