We were limited in what we could do away from the house because he had difficulty not being near a bathroom. This now has allowed us a renewal of life. It allows us to do things. Enjoy life. After my prostatectomy I wanted to wear my boxers so I bought a baseball supporter with no cup and I put the guard to it and it forms just like it was in briefs and I have no leaks it hugs my body just right I have tried off brands the depend are the best the others I had leaks they can't take a surge. I use them for an elderly relative and these give him more confidence. They absorb well and keeps things dry. They fit good and are comfortable. I would definitely recommend them.

I have 100% incontinence 6 years after prostate surgery. I use the underwear for exercise only. For 5 years I used the Maximum female pad which worked extremely well and stayed in place due to its more "firm" build. Due to a recent size change to the pad I was using, I switched to the guards. I find the size perfect and they are pretty comfortable. There are a couple of things that could be improved for people like myself with complete incontinence. First a firmer pad. One that holds its shape better. I dont mind changing the pad as often as necessary due to leakage, but I don't like changing it once it loses its shape if its not wet. Second, I would like a thicker pad. I'm sure not everyone would, but for us with full incontinence it would be great. Lastly, I implore you to not make the pads smaller whether for women or men. I understand the need for corporations to maximize profits and downsize products on occasion to achieve this. However, male incontinence protection is not like a can of beans. When you change the size it causes all type of complications from unnecessary leakage to discomfort due to chaffing. If on occasion something has to be changes, I prefer you decrease the package quantity slightly rather than decreasing the size of the pads. Men and women develop a comfort level with a given product and thats why we are loyal to Poise. Please consider the impact you have on our lives when you change the size of individual pads
