These protective guards come in a green mesh cloth to safeguard the pad from becoming dirty. It has 6 adhesive skinny lines running from top to bottom so the product will stay in place. The instructions indicate that these are to be worn with brief-type underwear and NOT boxer briefs. For sizing purposes, it looks like an upside down bowling pin where the skinny part fits between your legs and the bulbous part covers the groin to the bellybutton area. It is extremely wide at the top, too wide in my opinion, but it’s to fit men who “go left or go right” depending on preference. The edges have a curved pleating similar to baby diapers that fit around the thighs so they leak less. They absorb fairly well but they are far too bulky to be practical. The plastic backing also makes a crinkly noise which is quite embarrassing. I would buy these if they came in a more streamlined version.

After urinating, no matter how long they shake, urine continues to leak a little bit inside your pants. Its uncomfortable and can also be embarrassing if the stain goes through to your pants. Luckily these Depends Fresh Protection Guards easily solve this problem. Simply insert one of the guards inside your boxer briefs or regular underwear. These guards WILL NOT work with Boxers as there is no where to adhere the guard too. Once the guard is used remove it from your underwear and toss it. Its thats simple. It is also very discrete so no one else will know your wearing the guard.

They provide excellent protection, effectively absorbing moisture and preventing leak accidents. They adhere well to your underwear and remain in place for the the moment part, however if you walk a lot, thers might be some shifting and could make it uncomfortable. One notable drawback is their bulkiness, which may require wearing looser fitting pants to make thing more comfortable. While the size would probably fit most people, offering additional size options, particularly for slimmer men, would be beneficial. It does take a bit getting used to them, especially for those who do not frequently use incontinence products. However, once accustomed to them, the benefits outweigh the cons. Overall, these are a reliable choice for those seeking a highly absorbent and secure incontinence solution.

The material is gentle to the skin and breathable, and can not be seen once wearing clothes. Highly recommend for anyone looking for dependable incontinence protection!

He never seemed uncomfortable wearing them, and you could never smell anything when they were wet (double-edged sword, because that made it hard to know when to change them!).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that each one comes individually wrapped in packaging that doesn’t crinkle so it nice and discreet. There’s no outline on my pants either even when used. They hold a decent amount of urine and reduce the smell so you don’t reek of urine when going about your day. They also have nice stand up guards on the sides to help keep urinary incontinence in. I feel these are best suited for people who have minor gushes, they seem to hold about a cup of liquid at max although I’d say 1/2 a cup before it becomes potentially unreliable but definitely a fair amount. I’d go through about 3 of these a day if I relied on them 24/7.

I have tried different brands of guards and when Depends came out with the new guards I tried them. Still not very good. My favorite is Tena Guards. They have a triangular design that affords better coverage and is more dependable. May not have as much absorpency and needs to be changed a little bit more often, but not as much chance of leaks to the side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The absorbancy seems ok but seems a little bulky and doesn't conform to body well enough so seems a bit awkward. The outer layer of material that is against the skin left skin feeling a bit chapped.
