Works well for weak bladdered guys like me. I feel the urge to go about every hour and sometimes can't get to the urinal when it gets urgent. So I let a bit of wetness out and my bladder feels okay till I can finally fully relieve myself. When I was younger I wore pull up style but these were too diaper like. Still do not hold a full voiding but about a half one. Once I lost control and these held most of my wetness but still damp underwear and slacks or jeans. Good for light to moderate lost of bladder control. Not good for heavy or complete loss though. I am in my late 30s. Wish I had these as a kid...better than Pampers I wore inside my underwear as a kid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the Depend Guards For Men. They are very thick and do a great job of absorbing. The back side of the pad does an excellent job of sticking to your underwear. It is very sticky so it really locks into place. I almost feel like these pads may be a bit too thick, I think they would fit better and be more comfortable if they were a little thinner and smaller. They work great but just seem a tad bulky. Not all men are the same size so maybe additional sizes would benefit more men! Overall they work great and do what they are supposed too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave this product to my husband and BIL so that they could test it. Husband said that , overall, it is a good product. Even though the item was a 'Maximum' type, he thought that it could have been a lil bit thinner and that the shape was odd. My brother in law thought that it would not be identical to women's pads. I agree. Men ARE shaped different below the belt. The adhesive strip on the back was good. It didn't move around during the day or overnight. Definitely need to wear briefs and no boxers He said that he would still recommend this.

I wore this all day and didn’t remember until I saw it again so I would highly recommend if you struggle with leaks. No smell and great value for the amount you get.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product works fairly well to keep you dry, but there are times when it doesn’t catch the dribble. I would recommend them as I believe they are the best solution for incontinence. These are also far less noticeable while you were wearing them.

The are comfortable but on bulky side and do a good job of keeping odors in.like I said before they are bulky but fit diaper and would fit underwear as well. As far as the cost I am not sure as I got these in a pro.o.

I don't like change but if the product does not work for me i will have no other alternative. it is almost like you have made them not as wide and as a result does not covver side to side. this is the only brand i have ever used. if i change, the chances are i will never be back
