Great for dribbles and drips with odor control. The package is pretty cost effective with 52 count. Each liner guard is individually wrapped for discreet caring.

I recently purchased 4 packages of 52 guards, I haven't used Depend guards for awhile and could not believe what your product had become. The very first pad I used I became wet and so I tried a few more pads before returning 3 packages to the store. You may have a good name but you really have reduced the quality of your product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Almost three years ago I got sick. I thought I was experiencing jet lag because I had recently been on my first flight. We took two flights in a day and I thought I was just feeling the effects of that. Boy was I wrong. Come to find out I was experiencing side effects of my Crohn’s disease that had decided to flare up. Ended up having surgery on my leg and having a seton drain put in. Fast forward to today and that one has become three. So now I have three times the drainage as before. And using these pads has helped me tremendously. I’ll spare you the details and pictures but they have helped me try and keep my clothes, and bed, and couches, and car seats clean.

Yes, the insert goes directly into your underwear (briefs, boxer briefs, boxers…they all work) and they seem to be fairly discreet. But it is bulky and I thought it felt like too much between my legs right under my privates. Besides that one small hindrance, I was more confident than ever because I knew I had protection and something super absorbent and leak-proof. Follow the arrows so you stick it to your underwear in the proper direction, and it’s smooth sailing from there.

I was looking forward to trying these as sometimes my urgency comes out of nowhere and can’t get to the bathroom or end up needing to go while walking the dogs. These do a good job at absorbing and didn’t notice any odor while wearing it. Personally these were a bit uncomfortable and made a noticeable big bulge.
