[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For larger men the coverage is not the best. My husband is 310lbs and had more issues keeping it in place and knowing the best place to put it. Also the adhesive is not very good they did not stick well. I hope that in the future they stick better and have more coverage.

The guards stops leaks, but the 6 glue strips are to short in the front at the top. They let the guard roll down and leave you unprotected. You need to shorten them at the bottom about 1/2" and lengthen then at the top at least 1/2". They worked good until you changed them to 6 glue strips.

The original Guards were great! These "more flexible" Guards are ridiculous. It is a shame that a company looks closer at their financial bottom line than at product reliability and consumer satisfaction. The new Guards are much thinner and hold less; under the guise of being "more flexible." Like the saying goes, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it! I am looking for a different brand, after five years, goodbye Guards. P.S. I experienced my first "accident" today with the new Guards. Since the new Guards hold less, I ended up with an embarrassing wet spot on my pants. This NEVER happened with the old Guards, and I am only 10 pads into this package.

Using a saline solution at 99°F, I was able to "leak" the warm solution at a rate of 16ml/sec onto the pad. It will safely hold more than 32 oz of liquid. After 36 oz, liquid begins to leak if you apply pressure. I've been showing everyone i know because that is an insane amount of fluid! Certainly more than the size of your average human bladder! I feel confident that this product will work for my loved ones.

I have been using the Depends GUARDS successfully. I could not use the larger products because of the confining area of HEAT.
