I use men's guard max absorbency 52 in a package. Since I have been using them I feel much more comfortable when I am in public they are comfortable and easy to change in a public restroom. I am probably like most men and never ever thought I would have to rely on shields or guards for men but I do and I am glad Depends are there for me. Thank You Depends

First wear he had a small accident but the odor was not there at all and after a few wears he says while sleep if he has an accident they dont leak outside it as much. The cup-like shape fits well in underwear and adhesive keeps it in place. However, I did find that the guards can quickly saturate if dealing with sudden urges or heavier leakage. Leakage can occur, which required immediate changing. Therefore, I would recommend these for someone with lighter or consistent leakage.

When you are and older guy, it can be intimidating. I've used these pads for over a year. A little accident or drip is uncomfortable obviously. These pads are wonderful. You will not go wrong. Even though the item was a 'Maximum' type, he thought that it could have been a lil bit thinner and that the shape was odd. My brother in law thought that it would not be identical to women's pads. I agree. Men ARE shaped different below the belt. The adhesive strip on the back was good. It didn't move around during the day or overnight. Definitely need to wear briefs and no boxers He said that he would still recommend this.
