I bought this spa last year and have been using it daily, twice a day ever since. I am eager to get out of bed at day break to have my meditation in the cocoon of warm waters and this has literally enhanced my life to a point I cannot describe. The spa is good looking, I bought it since I have a stone house and didn't want the plastic look of other spas. It has been running in a solid consistent way without any problem. The filter is hard to come by for replacing... still looking

We are very happy with our Rock Hot Tub. Easy set up, 24 hours to heat water and was rerady to use. It is the perfect size for the two of us. Easy to take care of and easy to get in and out of. Company recommended clorine, but I was having rashes, so switched to bromine and put it in a floater. Works great. It has helped our aches and pains. Would recommend this hot tub to friends.

My husband and I purchased The Rock in November, had it set up and running in 24 hours, and use it at least once a day, and we love it! We priced hot tubs at our local spa dealer, and could have only gotten a two-seater, glorified bath tub, for the same price. It's the perfect size for the two of us to stretch out, or 4 people to sit comfortably. We've had 5 people in at once, and it was quite doable. The temperatures have been between 16 and 30 degrees for several weeks now, and the tub is always at it's maximum temperature when we get in. It may drop a couple of degrees over the course of half an hour or so, but, even at 102, it's perfect! We live in a rental property, so the plug-n-play feature is perfect; no hard wiring or plumbing needed. So far, it has met or exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend The Rock. We have seriously commented about "going out of town" for the weekend, but then realize that with the hot tub, we're already at our own private resort, and stay home.

The hot tub was delivered in good condition on the date promised. The delivery men even placed it on my back patio for me. I have only used the spa for a week. However, the quality seems to be very good. The jets are adjustable and have good messaging force. The insulation is excellent. Even with 20 degree temps at night the tub will keep the 104 water temp if the tub remains covered. Our neighbors complain that their tubs will not reach triple digits in cold weather. The tub depth could be a little deeper, but it is adequate. There are no reclining benches. The seating is reasonably comfortable for 2 or 4 persons. Overall, this hot tub is a great performer at a great value.

This hot tub was a great deal, it has plenty of jets and power and it was super easy to install. Move it to the right place unpack it and plug it in. It was light enough that my son and I tied a rope to the pllaet and pulled it around to the back yard. The light in the hot tub is pretty cool too, it has many different colors and also flashes if you want. The lid took minimal installation and it seems to be of very good quality also. This tub might not be for tall people but we are 5'8" and 5'2" and it is perfect. we have had it for about 10 days and are in it daily. So relaxing and worth every penny. Shipping charges were unbelievably reasonable also.

Love this backyard spa. It fits in with our stone decor. The spa itself is what I expected and more. The delivery of water out of a spout is a plus and the lights are beautiful. I have had a thermo spa in the past and for half the price this makes me a happy person. The jets are sufficient and well placed. It was an easy setup. The delivery was a week early, all is good.

Our package arrived Friday, Jan 30th. One week earlier than we thought so that was good. BUT, the one man delivery simply unloaded the 500lb package on my driveway. He said that was all he was allowed to do. So now my husband and I, both in our 50's and with various health problems, will likely have to fork out more cash to get the thing up our deck stairs and positioned. This was never made clear in the add. I knew I should have not purchased anything from Walmart.
