Very happy with this hot tub. plug and play is right instant Hot Tub just add water! Delivered to front door, and its up to you to place it. Duh. Don't have to hire an electrician to add a plug if a plugin is near say 10-15 feet. But I had one install a special outlet I recommend this to be up to code. 110 volt is plenty works as well as a 220 volt, only advantage is 220 is a little cheaper on power bill. I absolutely Love it and use it daily.

I've only had this for a month, but my wife and I love it and use it nightly. At 65yrs old, my wife and I joke about how it would have been..."different fun" in earlier years, lol, but at this age we love it for the therapy aspects. It's really easy to maintain. Don't get sucked into "you need all these products to maintain". A close friend advised me (18yrs ownership of single hot tub) to basically, just add chlorine every 2 to 3 days...and it's been crystal clear water for one month now. I DID have to put a few drops of "Phungy...something from Walmart".(.I borrowed from next door neighbors with pool). It neutralizes hard water when it first gets mixed with chlorine, which will give you a brown "scum" at the surface. It's a "once an add thing" after you've changed your water. Also, I read one review prior to purchase that mentioned weak jets. These jets are awesome for a 110v plug and play. Seriously, you won't regret buying this product. We love this spa!

Bought spa in June 2013 so I have owned it long enough to know that it is a very good spa. Very easy to maintain. Made it through a very, very cold winter with many below O days . No problems at all. Very durable- this is very important. By getting it at Sams Club online, the steps, cover, ozonater and LED color changing lights and free shipping were included. Sams Club included more than other sites. Highly recommend this spa !

I’m single middle aged woman with some back issues and my brother urged me to get one after he did saying I would not regret it. The tub is perfect for me. It’s small enough for me to manage the water and isn’t a big deal to drain and refill. It has helped my back tremendously. I don’t think four adults could fit in it comfortably however it is perfect size for one or two people. I love it and it’s one of the best purchases I’ve ever made!

This is a quality built spa. strong jets, easy install and perfect for 2 adults maybe 3. at 18 degrees outside it took 26 hours to get to 103 degrees but it has maintained it relatively easy. the only negative was the shipping which took 7 weeks. we were supposed to get a call for scheduling a delivery but it just showed up one day. They only deliver to the curb so you have to have more then one person to get it off the street. So overall we are satisfied with our purchase.

Great little spa. big enough for the family. the only issue has been the light fixture, which quit working after about 6 months.
