It is very good blacken and fried or baked

We love this cod baked or deep fried in olive oil.

Love that these are individually sealed. Make these in my smoker.

Loves these cod loins for so many dishes from baked with lemons to breaded and fried

The seafood isn’t that good here and it’s pricey

Easy to prepare, good texture, and very tasty

The pieces shrunk and were watery. The taste was ok with a rubbery texture. 😔
