These frozen cheesesteak sandwiches are nice to have on hand. Straight out of the freezer to the microwave, they cook for only 60-90 seconds! The box claims that the bread stays soft (even in the microwave) and this is very true!! The flavor is very good with great seasonings on the meat. I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. These Raybern Philly Cheesesteaks were good. These sandwiches are in the neighborhood of 5" long and a good lunch or dinner option. They cook from frozen fast - just 60-90 seconds in the microwave, and they cook right in their wrapper. One filled me up (over 50 female), but most men would likely eat two. Even with eating two sandwiches, the tab still comes to under $5 for a lunch or dinner that is decently filling and tastes pretty good for a frozen and microwaveable meal option. The bun is really soft and nice! The sandwich is slightly flavored with green pepper and onions taste (none actually on sandwich). There is a good meat to cheese ratio on the sandwich. I heated 70 seconds and let it sit in its wrapper a few minutes to finish any warming of the meat without risking overheating the bun. My daughter also liked them. She gave them a 6.5/7.0 out of 10. She said that she liked these better than picking up a deli sandwich because they are a warmed option. My entire family would definitely eat these again!

It tastes fresh...the bun/meat/cheese are the perfect amount so you taste the cheese in every bite. I was shocked that a frozen sandwich could taste this good! The meat and cheese taste pretty pretty good but there is too much bread to meat and cheese ratio. I ended up not eating a quarter of the bread because there was too much bread and not enough meat and cheese. but again not too bad for a microwaved Philly steak and cheese.

I let the sandwich thaw and heated in the microwave per the instructions. I was pleasantly surprised that the bread indeed was soft. I know they claim that but many times frozen bread will not be soft when microwaved. The portion size is on the small side as there isn't a lot of meat nor cheese on the actual sandwich. It certainly isn't all overflowing out of the bread like the picture on the package. I understand that marketing departments want to show the product in its best light but customer expectations are set based on the picture which leads to disappointment when they see the actual product. If the actual product doesn't look good enough to put on the box, maybe you need to improve your product. The meat was pretty good for a frozen sandwich. There wasn't enough cheese to allow you to really taste it so it's hard to have much of an option on the taste of it. Overall, the sandwich is okay. It's a quick snack when you want something in a hurry and for smaller appetites, with a side dish, it could be enough for a meal. They are really easy to make even if the are frozen or you can thaw them if you know ahead of time. Bread is so soft and there are several meat slices and cheese. I made some onions and put it on so slight knockoff of my pop's.

They were wrapped in a special wrapper that allowed for perfect microwaving! No soggy sandwich! They are also great for the oven especially when feeding a large crowd. They were deliciously seasoned and just the right size. They would be great to keep on hand for after school snacks or last minute dinners.

I enjoyed the fact that it was so easy to cook, although I do wish it included air fryer instructions as lately I've been using that more often than not. It smells really good even before being microwaved. It tasted really good, just enough cheese for the whole thing. I could eat two in one sitting!
