The ingredients on the box listed onions and bell peppers but I could not find them on my sandwich and I looked pretty thoroughly. Perhaps they used a seasoning? There was a bit of a horseradish flavor to the sandwich but I didn't see that listed anywhere in the ingredients. This is not restaurant quality but a reasonable ready to microwave and eat sandwich.

The bread was very nice and soft and not wet or chewy if heated properly. It was only cheese and meat on the sandwich, I like it like that but I could add some steak sauce and onions and peppers to make it fancy. This is a great tasting easy lunch for my family can prepare on there own, simply 90sec in the microwave from frozen. My husband and I both was pleasantly surprised; and we would buy it again. Only downside is the sandwich is like 6-8in.

The package has heating instructions for frozen or thawed sandwiches, and I tried it both ways. I microwaved a frozen one for 90 seconds, and it felt hot all the way through. A lot of the cheese melted and leaked on to the wrapper this way, and the bread got a little harder. Microwaving the thawed sandwich for 45 seconds wasn't long enough, so I gave it an extra 10 seconds. The top piece of bread still wasn't much more than warm, but the bottom was almost too hot to touch. A little bit if the cheese leaked out, but not as much as with the frozen sandwich. I would recommend thawing first if you remember and have the time. They smell really really good, and the ingredients list says dehydrated peppers and onions are actually part of the meat. I would buy these again, but probably heat for about half the total time on each side so it gets heated more evenly, and to hopefully keep the precious cheese from leaking out.

My kids loved them and they make my life easier because they can easily microwave these themselves. I can see myself taking these to work for lunch since they're quick and convenient. Definitely must try these if you haven't yet.

When I took it out of the microwave, it had a smell of Philly steak. I really liked that. It was very quick to heat up. When I tried it, it just didn't have enough meat on it for me. There was adequate cheese. And I was missing the vegetables that are usually on it. It has a taste like the Philly cheesesteak should have but without the vegetables. I feel that is OK though, because the frozen vegetables would probably taste soggy when heated up. I felt I could just add vegetables if I wanted them. Also, I had to eat two sandwiches to feel full. I think if more meat was added, I would've just had one sandwich. Overall, the taste was good, the bread was soft, and it tasted like it should. Will definitely purchase this again.

The steak is perfectly seasoned, juicy and tender. American cheese blended great with the steak. The sandwiches tasted homemade and you can't beat the price. I highly recommend Rayberns Philly cheesesteaks.

These are delicious and so simple. Loved the amount of cheese and meat. The bread was a little much, but I love bread so that was good for me. It can get a little soggy in the microwave (naturally) but it actually made it even better for me because then the bread wasn't tough and hard, the cheese had melted into the bread making it soft. The meat was very well seasoned I even liked it alone. I also really liked the packaging and straight forward instructions.

Inside the box, each Cheesesteak is wrapped in freezer paper, ready to be microwaved. There are instructions for both conventional oven and microwave but the actually recommended microwave. I wasn't sure that was what I wanted to do considering most breads do not come out of the microwave well. These were the exception. One of the key ingredients in a Philly cheesesteak is the roll. They did this very well. The meat was pressed and not great, but it did not get over cooked neither did it have hard in spots like usual when heating sandwiches in the microwave. There are six good sized sandwiches and the pricing was very reasonable. I wish the flavor was closer to what I was expecting for a Philly Cheesesteak, but you can add sauces or onion and peppers etc. to your liking and they were quick with some quality ingredients that held up well in the microwave.
