I was impressed with the individual sandwiches being wrapped in freezer paper. The size was a bit small . There were no extras on the sandwich how ever you could add whatever you wanted to your liking. I microwaved the sandwich as I know most breads that help get nuked turn hard. I was impressed as it was like a soft roll. The taste was decent however like I said before you could add your own onions and peppers to your liking which would make it better. For a quick fun x I would definitely try them again.

I did not try the thaw and heat method. The bread was not mushy at all, so that was good. The cheese was not evenly spread across the meat like it's pictured, but it was still good. It was also pleasing to me as I don't like a sandwich full of extras like tomatoes, onions, lots of sauce. The beef says it's seasoned and you can taste it slightly but it not overly seasoned or too strong. It was also just the right size to me; I don't require a big sandwich. It was filling. It maybe could use a little mayonnaise but not a lot. The packaging shows it has a lot of salt but I don't taste it and I normally would if the salt is overbearing. It was really easy to heat up and was not too hot when I took it out. It did not burn my mouth like a lot of products do when you eat them right out of the microwave. It would be great to take to work for lunch or a quick meal at night. I do recommend Raybern's Philly Cheesesteak.

I have been waiting in the wings with some poor reviews. My mistake. Very good. I'll add some fun stuff next time... green pepper, mushrooms, onions, etc. Don't let the nay sayers getcha down. I recommend a try for sure. Seriously good, just don't over Duke Nukem in the microwave. Take it easy and warm them up slowly.

Although the sandwich doesn't really look appetizing it did smell good after it was cooked. I did feel there could have been a little more meat. Maybe one or two more shavings. After opening the sandwich it really looked like the meat didn't match the bread amount. The picture on the box is sort of misleading because the meat on the sandwich was nowhere near that. The bread was just as the box states. It absolutely was soft and tasted fresh. The bread was very good. The sandwich overall was bland. The meat was seasoned and was the only flavor I tasted. The cheese was pretty uneventful too, maybe because it was American cheese. I am used to having Provolone cheese. Even with that change I think it could add more flavor to this sandwich. It is good because of the convenience of being a readily available sandwich. I sometimes work conventions and will take these as my lunch for those times. I am a foodie and a cook so maybe my expectations are a little higher than most. I will be adding caramelized onions to the remaining sandwiches. I do think the price point was really good for what you get. I'm not sure if I would purchase this again.

Microwaved beef is rarely good, so I had pretty low expectations going in. Times are a little crazy and most of the store was picked over so I grabbed these as sort of an emergency meal. Much to my surprise, not only was it edible, it was pretty good! For $1.50-$2, not sure how you are going to find a better sandwich of this variety, and I have never had a microwaved cheese steak sandwich that wasn't awful, so yeah, give it a shot. It's not going to replace a fresh philly but if you like the idea of being able to make one whenever you want despite being nowhere near a restaurant, this works.

The bread was very nice and soft and not wet or chewy if heated properly. It was only cheese and meat on the sandwich, I like it like that but I could add some steak sauce and onions and peppers to make it fancy. This is a great tasting easy lunch for my family can prepare on there own, simply 90sec in the microwave from frozen. My husband and I both was pleasantly surprised; and we would buy it again. Only downside is the sandwich is like 6-8in.
