Being a mom of four little ones I am always so pressed for time, so having these on hand for a quick lunch to keep me energized is such a blessing!

The amount of meat in it could be a little more, but it is only 410 calories, so I did not expect too much. I like that once thawed, it is good for 14 days. This way if I change my mind after thawing it, I did not waste it. Overall, a good quick to cook sandwich.

I expected mushrooms because it smelled like it heated but the ingredients label didn't say anything about them. I heated it for 90 seconds and the bread stayed soft as it said it would which was very impressive to me. Even though it stayed soft it was still surprisingly tough & doughy at the same time. The sodium I expected to be high but 950mg, goodness that's a very high. The cheese & meat were good though. In all honesty it wasn't too bad taste wise to be from frozen.
