This is a nice product for the price point. The item was slightly damaged by the delivery, on the back...had it not been steel, I would have returned it.

This safe is just what I was looking for. I wanted a safe with keypad rather than biometric touch. Perfect for handgun storage away from unauthorized hands yet accessible when needed. It is priced nicely for what it is. I’m very happy with it.

So the keypad runs on batteries. You need to open the safe to install fresh batteries inside the door. When the batteries are low, the keypad stops working WITH NO WARNING! One day you go to open the safe and the dial doesn't light up anymore.... Meaning you need to OPEN THE SAFE to install fresh batteries. So when the batteries die, you pull off the keypad and use the emergency key to get it open. They should have called that the "battery changing key."

We bought this for our daughter and son-in-law for Christmas this year and know they will love it!

It was so easy to create a new code. Works great. Nice interior design on door.

One prong on the battery cover was missing which caused the batteries to disengaged resulting in having to use the key.

size of safe is good, except battery compartment could have been better to hold batteries in place when opening and closing door

great safety box compare to the one i had before, this safe is taller with 3 levels. the keypad and the handle bar is very easy to handle.
