This safe is just what I was looking for. I wanted a safe with keypad rather than biometric touch. Perfect for handgun storage away from unauthorized hands yet accessible when needed. It is priced nicely for what it is. I’m very happy with it.

Safe seems to work fine but packaging and or handling needs improvement. The corner of the safe had protective coating chipped off. The box was damaged and when we opened it the corner was chipped.

For the Money the safe is great. Biggest disappointment is the batteries keep popping out so the keypad will not work and since the batteries are in the safe need to use the skeleton key to get in and reset them.

Safe seemed ok until I realized key pad stopped working because the batteries keep popping loose. Almost every time I close the door the batteries move rendering the key pad useless.

I bought this safe and had it shipped. When it arrived, this appeared as a used, beat up item . The cardboard box was old and disintegrated. On the outside, dented and paint chipped off from the corners. The interior carpet was peeling off the shelves. The hardware was lying open, out of its bag. Scratches on the inside. The battery cover was removed and lying freely like someone removed the batteries. I am not sure who is the vendor for this, but it is egregious. Disgusting. I wouldn't pay $100 for this at a yard sale! Returned to the Grapevine, Tx Sams Club for a refund. The manager was disgusted and couldn't believe it. He will be making calls tomorrow. I wish I could post pictures!

It was so easy to create a new code. Works great. Nice interior design on door.

Good safe, great value, the largest in the small safe category I could find.

Key hanger inside the safe was broken. Safe had several scratches down to bare metal

the key pad is cheep made of plastic the rest of safe made of steel

this same safe was twice as much at a office store..and is perfect for my office.
