Excellent interior size, easy to set up, instructions could be a little easier, but not to hard to follow.

Nice safe. Seems pretty solid. Arrived in good condition. Only complaint is that the keypad is a bit off-kilter/tilted. Doesn't impact performance, but it's a bit strange.

Purchased approximately a month ago. Ninety Five percent of the time the key pad will not work even though new batteries are installed. We have to remove the face plate and open with the key.

It is a very nice safe,excellent construction. Unfortunately the small clips that hold the shelves do not fit properly. Several of them are not bent properly and need to be reworked. It is unfortunate that the least expensive part is such poor quality.

Safe is great - but for one problem. The batteries tend to fall out of the back of the door (inside the safe) - rendering the keypad inoperable. The battery container is cheap plastic with too much space so the batteries pop out unless you are very very careful closing the door. We now use sticky tape to keep them in

Exteriors were damaged ..key holder broken ..Missing rack inside ..electronic key never worked ..total waste ..now I have to carry this piece of junk ( too heavy !!) to nearest sams club for return ..please don’t buy this at least not online !!!

Very old piece, looks used, chipped and scratched has very bad moldy odor - smells as of came from old storage ,

So the keypad runs on batteries. You need to open the safe to install fresh batteries inside the door. When the batteries are low, the keypad stops working WITH NO WARNING! One day you go to open the safe and the dial doesn't light up anymore.... Meaning you need to OPEN THE SAFE to install fresh batteries. So when the batteries die, you pull off the keypad and use the emergency key to get it open. They should have called that the "battery changing key."
