The body is tricky. It's hard to isolate and say "that's exactly what helped". But I do know I am staying with this Cinnamon. I had an A1C of 6.1. It was years of being pre-diabetic with no help from doctors (they even pretty much dismissed it). Over the years, I would try and could get it to go down but then it would go up - usually still pre-diabetic. Finally toward the latter part of last year, I really focused on losing some weight. By April, it was down to 5.7. This is where it stayed. I started with this Cinnamon in June and now July, it is 5.5. I am not pre-diabetic. Did loosing a little more weight finally help push it below pre-diabetic, or was it a combo of that and the Cinnamon? All I know, is I am keeping the Cinnamon.
