When it does get wet the pad Will break apart some. The underwear did fit me. I have some concerns in that it fit just right for me. What about those r hat weigh more than me. These underwear are supposed to fit people within 100lbs. I am on the lower end.I would recommend them they do work.

I like the fact that I feel like I have underwear on and not a diaper. I now feel more relaxed when I go out of the house. I have never had a problem with leakage or feeling damp. They are thin, look very similar to traditional fabric underwear, and can be worn discreetly with even with the tightest of leggings. Odors are contained and comfort is maintained, even during an overnight sleep. I will "always" keep these on hand!

At the beginning I was so embarrassed when I got them, the lady who I'm sharing accommodation gave me a pack of always discreet underwear. For hygienic conditions for to keep blankets and bed clean I must use them, Not to bad, but please make them all plain white! I have only Always panties instead of my regular underwear.
