This product has been amazing . I recently experienced a pregnancy loss and with the stress of this I found the last thing I needed was to worry about the inconvenience of pads and how they typically leak for me no matter the size or style or how often I change them even in my monthly period cycles. These changed the game. I haven’t experienced a leak through the entire process even with very heavy flow and even found they hold up extremely well even with 6+ hours of sleep time. I love that they are disposable after one use and are extremely comfortable as well. These have saved me from ruining all my pairs of underwear with leaky pads and I feel secure that I won’t be having an embarrassing accident. Really happy to have found this product.

However Always has created a product with the maximum absorbency of other brands, but with a more discreet look so you feel like you are wearing traditional bikini brief underwear. I never worried about experiencing embarrassing leaks or lingering odors. The s/m fit me perfectly!

The underware are made from a soft and stretchy material making them ultra comfortable. They don't bind or lose the fit allowing you to feel secure. The underware absorb as need and have a light scent. All this protection, comfort and they look pretty too.

So far no accidents have occurred.Very absorbent and comfortable. Will buy them again. Very good quality and I highly recommend them.

Just started using this product and am amazed. Very comfortable and incredibly discreet - I have had no anxiety out in public even when wearing tighter pants. The absorbancy is amazing. My bladder tends to void suddenly and completely but I've had no trouble with leaks. I really like the standing leg gathers as I think they help tremendously in keeping things contained. They do have a perfumy smell, but I'd rather have that than the alternative, as it does control odor well. My only request to the product design team is to make the same great product but in a refastenable version, since these are difficult to change when wearing slacks or jeans.

These underwear do not show through leggings. So score! They are comfortable and absorbent. Most importantly they allow me to safely get my exercise in without worrying about potty issues.

It doesn’t gets so bulky but of course I change it whenever it’s full. It’s super absorbent. The color is cute and it fits very well. The material is soft and comfy. It doesn’t make me feel itchy. It has great design and I highly recommend it!

They have a much shorter waist than the usual incontinence underwear and the spot it hits at for me is not comfortable. Also run somewhat smaller than the size claims. They have a scent but it's not too strong or overpowering. Very thin compared but absorbed well enough.
