This is the absolute quality, experience for non leakage pads I have ever experienced! They are amazing! And they've brought such dryness and comfort on my busy days when I don't have the opportunity to get to a bathroom and change out. I'm comfortable and dry and there's NO order! I love these pads and wish they had come out 5 years ago.

they are to big, I had another brand size xl, so I got 2x and they don't fit good. The on it is itchy and annoying, after awhile feels like I have a thong on( maybe because they are to big).

My wife loves these undergarments; she says they fit well and work even better. Will not settle for anything else.

I am a large person at 319 pounds. Always Discreet XXL fits the best. Definitely my 'go to' brand and size.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. First problem was with the app. Even though I chose XL size, I was sent S/M. I had to get specific item # from customer service. I even double checked when I received the wrong size. XL was still the size selected, so why send S/M? Once I got the correct size, things didn't get any better. The fit still wasn't great, even though according to the sizing chart, it should have been. The absorbency was totally insufficient. I was experiencing major leakage every time. To be fair, I just might need more absorbency than I can get with most incontinence products, but I can't be the only one. I really liked the feel of the pad part, but it just didn't work for me.

I wear these 24/7 and they are comfortable to wear. If you have a problem with leakage there is no problem.I would recommend Always over other products.

We have tried a lot of brands. This brand is excellent. Perfect fit, comfortable, easy to use. Great protection! Fits like underwear and you don't even know you have them on.

The fit was not the best.

This design does not fit as?well as the comfort 360 design. The design runs bigger it appears. I thought i ordered the comfort 360 fit ones

I have tried Depends brand, Assurance brand and now these Always distreet. The Depends were thin and a great disappointment. The Assurance brand were ok but leak around legs. For me, the ALWAYS DISCREET fit the best with nice stretchy leg areas. They also are thicker and hold more fluid. For the money and for me, ALWAYS DISCREET are the best overall.
