They are super soft and flexible and more resemble underwear so you don't feel like you're wearing a diaper. I like that it stretches but also feels secure while wearing. Would highly recommend.

The older we get, the more our body tends to fail us so she wanted to find something that would work. They ensure that she does not stain her sheets or clothes at night! I wish I would have thought to buy these when I gave birth! No one ever talks about what to expect after having a baby and these are amazing to prevent leaks and catch all of the flow. Highly recommend for those with heavy flow or postpartum.

I have had to wear incontinence products for a few years now and up until very recently, I was breaking the bank by ordering products from a mail order company. The only underwear that worked (and by "worked" I mean no leaks) was a brand made in Holland. They are very expensive, unisex so I didn't feel very feminine and somewhat bulky, but I could wear them with confidence. I am so excited to have found Always Discreet, because they WORK! They are so thin that I can wear them with everything and not worry. I am back to wearing knit skirts! The fit isn't the only outstanding feature, however. They really do protect and at a price that won't send me into bankruptcy, I can breath easier. There just aren't enough words to describe what a wonderful product this is. The company that makes Depends must be afraid, VERY afraid.

I was sick and the medicine that I had to take caused incontinence while I was taking it. I had taken this medicine before and was confined to home while taking it. While I was waiting for my prescription, I went to get adult diapers to use. I saw the Always underwear and picked up a package. They worked great.

I & my daughters have used Always Pads, both period & incontinence, for years & been satisified with the products. Now that I had to downgrade ? to underwear I bought the Always Discreet because I had a sizeable coupon. I am glad I didn't have to pay full price for these as they are so poorly made. The leg elastics are coming out & breaking by early morning & the front doesn't hold together so the stuffing starts coming out the top of the waistband. I end up having to go through the hassle of stripping down & changing them before they are even wet. I am glad I am almost done with this package. I will not be buying this product again. I would hope that your Boutique line being more expensive are better made. I'm not sure if I will bother trying them though after this experience & the higher price of them.
