I tried other brands and I like always the best. They have the best fit they're the most comfortable and they don't leak. They're more like a pair of panties and I like the way they're constructed. When I came back to always I just got rid of my other brands these are so much more comfortable and they fit so well.

It did not in anyway, shape or form feel like a diaper which I was worried about. It has a great leak, odor control and leak protection fit. I had to under a pinch had to use it for my heavy flow at night during my cycle and it worked better than what I was using.

We have tried many brands for leak protection and to help her stay dry during the night. Always works well ensuring from night incidents as well as provides her additional protection from leaks during menstruation as well.

I don't need them for major bladder protection, but they are nice to have in case of little accidents. You know, a little postmenopausal sneeze here and there and that's the end of it! Put some water on them, and they sucked the water right in. They felt dry after you went. The product worked just the way it said it would help.
