I have used these exclusively for 2 years and rated them 5 Star because they were 100% effective, the fit was superb, and no other Brand could compare. On a recent re-purchase it was noted that the packaging has changed. Though it is stated that the product is the same, I have consistently found the first 3 used from the new package to be not as effective. This is disappointing, and if there has been a change I will have to make an inquiry with Always regarding another comparable well-fitting product in their line which might better suit my needs? It is not my preference, but if there isn't I will have to seek out another Brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great to have for people of all ages. I wish I had them for after I had my son because they are so soft and have great leak protection. They even tried to make them cute by adding a little bow on them (it’s printed on but still it’s the thought). They are super stretchy so if you order the incorrect size, you should still be good. And they smell so clean! Such a great product!

I really like that they are more fitted than most so I don’t feel like I’ll have an issue. Odor control was perfect as they seem to have a very light scent that’s not unpleasant. Overall I’d get these again. I think they work well

This is a great product!! (My neighbor gladly tried these out for me, and LOVED them!!) She is definitely going to use these going forward!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hands down one of the best protection underwear! They fit perfectly and have a very good smell. They hold liquid very well and they are easy to dispose of. They are very comfortable and are great for sensitive skin.

My wife and I both wear incontinence products, she wears 24/7 and I wear at night. She uses these Always products and I use Depends Night Defense for men. We order our products online and with the shipping delays I ran out of my depends and wore her Always for a couple nights and they were the best product I have used, they hold much more and leak less and feel much better. I would love Always to come out with a mens version of these.

Upon opening these, they seem a lot bigger than the size that the pack states they fit. And the pack states they are “lightly scented” but unfortunately I can’t try them as the smell is just WAY too overpowering. I will give them to a lady at a local retirement center I visit, hopefully she can use them.
