[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Always Discreet Maximum Protection Underwear are a great garment addition that still lets you have your dignity. I felt shame because I wanted/needed to use these especially working a 12 hour shift with a weak bladder. I don’t feel like that no more no one but myself know I have them on and my confidence is great. I also bought these for my mother.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These underwear aren’t bulky and are pretty comfortable. The fit in the back around the legs seems a little high cut but is still ok. The padding gives very good coverage in the front and back, and seems to catch any leaks. I like the pink color and the little bow in the front.

Some days you require a bit of extra leak protection and this absorbent stylish underwear is very comfortable and form fitting. I especially love the printed bow on the front so I know which direction I should slip on the pants! There is no discernible odor or wetness, so I am confident all day!

These can also had additional pads added for the very first days post birth to help with super heavy days. Much more comfortable and less work overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always Discreet Maximum Protection Underwear S/M holds up to unwanted issues. This item feels like real underwear. There was no unwanted leakage from this item. It was a bit big for me (5'6", 105 lbs). But it currently does not come in a smaller size. The item is extremely comfortable and no lines on outside clothing were noted from using this item. Durable and offers perfect perfection from bodily issues you wouldn't want others to see.

I’m 26 and have the Paragaurd IUD so my menstrual cycle is very heavy, on the worst days I would bleed through three super plus tampons while still having to wear a pad at the same time- really not ideal, and super expensive. I finally was fed up and did some research and found that the Always Discreet incontinence underwear actually hold more mL of fluid than a lot of other alternatives, and I figured incontinence underwear would work really well with how heavy my flow is. I can wear them under pants and wear long cardigans to cover up the back for obvious reasons. They’re super comfortable with no leaks because of the leak guard and it’s really made life so much easier and less stressful being able to trust I won’t destroy anything I wear. I used to always say pads made me feel like I was sitting in a puddle and I have not experienced that with the always discreet even once.
