Well my mom liked the comfort and leak protection of the underwear. However, she couldn’t fit it well so that was the downside of the underwear. But everything else is good.

They just fit perfectly. I wore them for outings, shopping, get togethers, and no one knew I had them on, they fit perfectly, and I was extremely comfortable with them on. I did not restrict my usual soft drinks and liquids like water, or tea, like i usually would, because I have an over active bladder, and tea and soda can cause me a BIG problem on outings, and shopping. With the Always Discreet Protection I enjoyed my outings and never worried about having an accident, before making it to the ladies' room, or before I even had a chance to get out of my seat! I love Always Discreet Maximum Protection. Great product.

I have bowel incontinence due to colitis. There are very few products made just for this. So, I bought these Always Discreet underwear. I had an episode this afternoon while I was shopping. It was the first time this happened while using the Always Discreet underwear. I was wearing light colored pants and was really worried about leaking, being embarrassed, and ruining my pants. I rushed home to find the underwear had worked great! No leaks, no reason to feel embarrassed, and my pants are fine. I don't know why you don't mention that these are great for things like colitis (it's embarrassing, believe me, I know). But they are. They'll help me worry a bit less. Thank you for a good product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say I was surprise how comfortable these were. They didn’t add extra warmth to the body and felt like natural underwear with a little extra padding. I didn’t notice any odors so the odors control is good with these.

I've had to use incontinence panties for years and tried many brands over that time. I don't know if it's because I'm a heavier woman or something else but I find that for me I need more coverage in the front, but still want protection in the back for leaks. No pads are EVER long enough by themselves, so I've been using panties both night AND day. Many other brands I would say are "okay" but Always Discreet panties are the only thing I'll use from now on. The panties fit so snugly well, are so soft, absorbent and discreet that I can wear them during the day and not feel self-conscience. What's nice is that I can use the moderate panties in the day, or even two of your pads end-to-end, and any of those three options are better than wearing the other brand panties. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good scent and the texture is nice. It doesn’t seem like it would rub on your skin and irritated you. These could be used as reconstructed pads during your menstrual. I’d highly recommend these for anyone who has issues using the restroom.
