I am a male college student who is often in 8+ hours of lectures without opportunity to use a restroom. These fit me perfectly and keep my clothes dry even when I can't make it to the restroom after classes. Many times have I wet myself and no one has ever found out. The pad is placed perfectly for men, so no worries of leaks! I suspect they would work great for bedwetting in teens as well!

I was very impressed with the fit of this product. It is difficult to find a secure product that fits because I am a plus-size woman. The fit was excellent and not visible under my pants. I was most impressed by how it absorbed the uremia odor. That was my biggest issue with regular brand.

Even though it expands when full it doesn’t give off any odors or irritate the skin. Changing is a breeze and there is no fuss at all. Can use daily without irritation to my skin.

I’ve been buying this discreet underwear for four years now and it used to be white and very good quality. The last few times I’ve ordered it I expected the white ones and now they’ve changed to this awful color of pink and the quality has gone way way down. They should change the name from always to never because I’m never buying this product again ever. His underwear never used to leak and now it leaks all the time and I’m changing my clothes every day. I’m handicapped and it makes it very difficult for me. I’m expecting my little one in August so glad I received these to use for postpartum. I took off a star because they are “lightly scented “ according to the packaging in very tiny font. I would consider them to be heavily scented, so if you don’t like fragrance I wouldn’t recommend. Also if you’re going to purchase this brand, I would suggest looking very closely for anything that indicates they’re scented. The packaging isn’t very obvious in that they are scented until you open the packaging and get hit in the face with the scent haha.

I've worn these underwear both day and night, and I'm impressed by their comfort and performance. The breathability was exceptional, keeping me cool and dry even during extended wear. While they did bunch up slightly in the butt area on occasion, I attribute this to my own clumsiness (trying to sit on a crate to clean - not recommended!). The fit was generally great, with comfortable coverage in the hips, butt, thighs, and all the right places. My only suggestion would be to reconsider the high-cut top, which felt like excess material and contributed to a faster fill-up of my trash can. The absorption and odor control were outstanding, with no leaks or unpleasant odors to speak of. The cute bow on the front was a nice touch, but I think it could be improved with more discreet colors or patterns to help us ladies feel less self-conscious about wearing "adult diapers." One minor gripe: the side seams were annoying and tempted me to cut them off (don't try this at home!). Perhaps Always could explore seamless designs in future iterations? Overall, I highly recommend Always Discreet Underwear to anyone who needs a reliable, comfortable solution for incontinence.
