I had purchased the first version of this radio before. Worked so good I bought more. Great for camping with a group of friends. Radios run all day. 12v solar panel charge for Green camping. Got great coverage . must have.

I've used this product for about a year. I use it everyday and I have 6 of them. They have been reliable and have great range. I will continue to use this product.

what I received is NOT as described, This thing is doing good to get 5 miles on flat terrain, it is good only for a kids toy, not for hunters, campers, hikers. useless waste of money.

We use these on the jobsite and they work well and are very durable. They are dropped and kicked around by the employees and hold up well for the cost.

We use these up in the mountains while we are ATVing. They have great reception. I'm planning on buying another set. They are worth getting the FCC license to use legally. Sign up with the FCC, pay a $70 fee for the 10 year license.

Pay attention to the details of setting them up and you`ll do just fine. The dealing with the FCC However is somewhat a hassle , But if you want good radios?, This is worth it.

These are great walkie talkies. They advertise a 30 mile range (maybe in open air) -- I actually didn't get reception a mile down the road while in my vehicle. Still, they are so useful and capable of making sounds/calls, as well as for talking

I asked for advice from Midland on a two way radio that would communicate across our entire 300+ acre camp in the Great Smoky Mountains. These radios worked perfectly! Also a much lower price point than expected.

I purchased a pair of the GTX1000p4 handheld radios last month and they work well. I have a 20 year old pair that are not nearly as powerful and clear as these new models.
