I purchased a pair of the GTX1000p4 handheld radios last month and they work well. I have a 20 year old pair that are not nearly as powerful and clear as these new models.

Radio's seem to be well made. We have tried the radios around the neighborhood and they work very well. Went testing, we were 1/4 to 1/2 mile apart and the reception was good.

Purchased for trail riding with a local group, worked great! Charged following directions, and had no problem using them throughout a 4 hour trail ride, still had a great amount of battery left. Very easy to use, and very clear communication.
