Wonderful fridge for garage storage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live in Oklahoma and have had a competitor's refrigerator in our garage for over 14 years. It was time to upgrade as I was concerned that fridge was not going to survive another hot Oklahoma summer. We have had this refrigeration in the garage for exactly 14 days and on day 1, I had to open the door and make sure it was running because it was SO QUIET. 14 days later, it is still SO QUIET. The other impressive initial impression was that the door would not open on its own from extra weight on the door by placing a gallon of tea on the top drawer and then half gallons of orange juice and chocolate milk on the bottom shelf of door. 2 weeks into owning the fridge, the door has not opened on its own like our old one would occasionally do. The fridge was also delivered on day 1 of a 2 week heat wave and it had no issues keeping items in the fridge cold and the freezer items frozen. I suspect our garage heated up over 120 degrees at certain points over the last 2 weeks. After having the Competitor brand for so many years, I was concerned that only the competitor fridges could survive an Oklahoma summer. I will try and update my review over the course of the summer and let you know if it continued to operate flawlessly over the hot summer months. Also, for full disclosure...I am a family member of an LG employee and I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. Great fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have placed the fridge in our kitchen instead of garage. There are some points which we loved out this fridge. The fridge is very spacious. There’s so much room inside, but every single shelve is easily reachable. Even though this kind of fridge is generally used in garages, the design is very modern and slick, so that it does not intervene with our kitchen interior. Unlike our previous fridge, the fridge is unbelievably quiet so it’s perfect for open plan living places as we have open kitchen. **I am a friend of an LG employee and I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. Nice profile, good fit.

The refrigerator works great, is spacious and has a nice profile. It would be nice if the crisper drawer had a way to pull it out at the top of the drawer, rather than all the way at the bottom. I also wish that the butter keeper space had a cover, but that is easily resolved by me. So far, happy with the purchase

The Jury Is Out

Purchased to replace a refrigerator in our garage. It's advertised as garage ready. We've had it one week minus a day. So far the jury is out. The refrigerator temperatures vary from below freezing to several degrees above. The temperature dial in the refrigerator is set to the warmest it can go. The freezer compartment acts similar. The temperatures vary. The temperature adjustment knob is stuck, so the temperature cannot be adjusted. Service personnel are coming this week.

Not ecstatic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago to replace my home's refrigerator. Overall, I am not ecstatic about this refrigerator: 1. The shelves' heights do not adjust as advertised - only one shelf is adjustable, and only about 1" at that. 2. The door shelves' heights do not adjust, at all. 3. There is only one fruit and vegetable drawer. 4. The vegetable drawer does not open very far, making it difficult to put and remove items in and from the drawer. 5. The refrigerator section is low, requiring one to bend down to put items in and get items out, and then you have to be careful not to bump your head on the freezer when you stand up. 6. The doors do not self-close. On the plus side, it is very quiet and energy efficient.

Product Never Arrived

I cannot explain how horrible the experience has been trying to get this refrigerator delivered after over 2 months of calls and emails to LG, Sam's Club, and the carrier. Wasted so much time and never received the refrigerator and absolutely no one cared about my time wasted trying to get the refrigerator. Ultimately I had to request a refund. Again horrible customer service all the way around!

it is horrible quality and never buy LG again. I bought 5 years warranty. it is drama circle between LG, sams club and Allstate. the worst is LG. never stand by their quality.
