I had been looking to replace our bed for a few weeks and after visiting three or four of the local mattress stores, I was resigned to spending around 600 to 800 for a comfortable bed.....until I found this mattress at Sam's Club. I tried out the floor model in the store and found it comfortable and it seemed to be a higher quality than the other mattresses I had looked at that were twice the price. I decided I would buy this mattress and if I was disappointed I would put it in the guest room. Well its been a few weeks now and we are quite pleased. The bed is very comfortable and well worth the price....now I'm planning on getting another for the guest room! Word of warning though - it is quite heavy.

We were in the market for a new mattress as our old one was too well worn. After finding this mattress online on this website and reading the reviews, we decided to give it it a try. Overall I find the mattress to be very comfortable - soft yet firm - and sleep very well on it. Only problem I have with it is that the edges are not very firm and have a tendency to sag under my weight.

I looked at several places for a mattress, was a little leary about buying one without being able to try it first, but for the price compared to what else was out there, I figured it was worth a shot. I am so glad I bought this mattress!!!! I sleep fantastic!!! It is soft when you sit on it, but when you lay on it, it is very supportive and by far the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned. Want to buy another one for the guest room. I stay asleep now instead of tossing and turning all night and I sleep with a doberman pinscher and we both sleep soundly.

The mattress was great for the first year. We have had it for 4yrs exactly. It just kept getting worse. It is supposed to have a 10yr warranty. The corner of the mattress is slid and folded over (think- like a cheese burger and the bun slid half way across the burger). The mattress is causing extreme lower back pain. This mattress has to go.

Bought this mattress based on the price and the reviews and boy does it deliver! This is much more comfortable than any over priced mattress store mattress I have ever tried by a wide margin. You will absolutely not be disappointing in this mattress. Its firm and I wake up rested without aches. 6 stars. Make absolutely sure to get a low-profile box spring because this mattress is 13 inches tall and otherwise you'll need a ladder to get into bed!

I bought this mattress to replace a piece if junk I got from a rent to own store. I like the fact that it is higher than my last mattress. there was a light odor after unpacking but dissipated after a few hours. the mattress does not seem firm when you first lie on it but then you feel the firmness, which isnt too bad. I think it was an excellent buy and I recommend. my sleep has been very comfortable.

This mattress was a great purchase. I am a college student, and I was having an issue trying to figure out how to get a mattress delivered to my new apartment. I found that the reviews for this one were saying that it was shipped in a small box, so I ordered it. Great decision! It came in a box the size of a mini fridge that has a freezer on top. It was literally folded in half and then rolled up and vacuum sealed. It was very easy to open up. It did not take more than 30 seconds for it to get to its full form. It is extremely comfortable as well. It is just like a memory foam mattress.

I boght twobofvthese mattressess 9/2/2023. They were pyrchased for my guest rooms and wasn't used till the week of 11/2/2023 when I haf out of town guest for my husbands death. I bought them because I thought they would be firm but not hard and made with coil springs I thought woul be petfact. However they are very very soft. If you try sitting on the side of the bed, it compresses easyily whhere you could slide off the bed. I've never had a bed so soft. In addition one of the mattresses is sagging in the middle. Worst experience with a mattress. Unless your buying something that you want to sink into, stay clear of these.

I only gave this a 1 star because the description is misleading. I measured the height of the mattress and it is only 10.5". It's been close to a month and it's still 10.5" I contacted Zinus in writing and they have yet contacted me regarding the height difference. 2.5" is a big difference and a big difference in price. The mattress is good according to my daughter, but I'm a consumer advocate and if we are not getting what we pay for then we are being cheated. Zinus should have addressed this issue by writing back or have an answer for me, but no. I called Sam's Club and Sam's Club says to bring it back and I can get my refund. Well, the mattress is quite heavy and I don't have a truck. But I applaud Sam's Club for their great consumer service, but this review is regarding the 13" queen mattress.

I love everything about this mattress! The mattress itself is very heavy and was difficult to get up the stairs by myself but the packaging was exceptional. When cut out of the plastic it took maybe 5 minutes to expand to its full size. It is incredibly comfortable,supportive, and bouncy. I would highly recommend!
