We have had our night therapy iCoil 13" for about a week. It is VERY comfortable. It was also very affordable and we didn't have to break the bank for a new mattress.

I bought this mattress thinking that it was going to be ok for the price, but it turns out this Mattress is Awesome finally i dont toss and turn as mutch as before and I really get a good night sleep. The first two- three days I could t sleepon it, but after those few days this bed has become my favorite and the price is awesome... I highly recommend this mattres to others.

Sleeps good. I put it directly on a platform frame but to me its a little low. I might buy a low profile box springs. But overall it's worth every penny.

I purchased this mattress because it was affordable and it looked good, if I had the chance again I would purchase this mattress again, but only for my guest bedroom because it is a little to firm for my comfort but still a nice mattress

The bad news is I had to call on them to do so. To me it seemed the mattress had been in the box a long time. I'm drawing that conclusion on the shape of the box when it arrived. It looked old and the glue on the flaps was powder like. Like it was very old. I let it set on the floor for about a week. There was a bubble in the middle of the mattress and one of the corners never expanded all the way. I don't know if it was in the box too long or just shoddy workmanship, but I sent it back and won't buy another one. The good news is how Sam's handled it. I won't buy this brand again, but I will be buying another mattress at Sam's.

We have purchased five of these mattresses in various sizes over a period of three years and were very happy. Just purchased a queen size and it was very poor. It didn't inflate completely and was lumpy. They sent a replacement mattress and it was even worse. Don't know what has happened but would not recommend purchasing mattresses; however, Sam's Club was excellent to deal with.

The first one I received had a manufactures defect. Sam's quickly sent us another one (they were great in the whole process), but there are consistent problems with this mattress (not Sam's fault). The method they use to shrink wrap mattresses for shipping requires the mattress to be folded. We received two mattresses and both of them had the same problems. The ends and corners of the mattress never re-inflated completely and there is a line at the fold in the middle of the mattress that is obvious even through the bedspread. It is not noticeable in sleeping, but it is very visible. It does NOT look like the sales picture. Quite honestly, it looks used (even though it is pristine clean and obviously new). The form never matches the picture. We have had the mattress for a month without any change in the problem areas (ends, corners and center fold). This is the second Zinus Night Therapy 13" Euro Box Top Pocket Hybrid we've owned. The first was a double and we purchased it about five years ago. It was the best mattress ever. We are disappointed with the Queen (again, not Sam's fault).

By the look of it one would think you hit the jackpot of gold. Looks can be deceiving. Definitely, all that glitter isn't gold. This mattress is overly firm, droops at the edges and is very uncomfortable.

We are extremely unhappy with this product, have called and emailed several times for an exchange and nothing has happened. Would not recommend it at all.

The mattresses came in a box. They were compressed, folded in half and then rolled up. I followed the directions exactly when they arrived. The mattresses did not fully decompress and after weeks are still oddly shaped. One of the mattresses is higher in the middle and makes you feel like you are going to roll off the sides. They might be good mattresses had they not been compressed and shipped that way.
