Got same mattress in smaller size so i ordered it in queen since it was very firm for my bad back. The queen size is not even close to as firm as the Full size was. Very Disappointing!!

I am not sure what to say. It is a great mattress but, very firm. I bought it for the guest bedroom. But, my husband and kids don't like it. I am nervous because I have family coming this week. I wish the mattress was a little softer especially compared to the other mattresses in the house. I am saying it is a bad mattress but, just very firm. My husband my 9 and 10 year old boys and myself sat on the bed and it did not move. That's how firm it is.

We weren't sure what to expect at this low price point. The box arrived and we couldn't believe a queen mattress could possibly fit in it. It popped out and took shape very quickly. The mattress is well made and it is quite firm. We have a plateform bed, so it may be firmer because of that. I purchased a 2” gel topper and a high loft mattress pad and now it's perfect. With the mattress, topper and pad we were still under 400.00. So far, we are happy we went for it!

I have chronic lower back pain and my previous mattress just wasn't doing the job. I searched on line for a mattress of this caliber and found the pries to be extremely high. I found this one from an ad I received in my email from Sam's Club and couldn't believe the price so with a 10 year warranty, I decided to purchase. I am so glad I did a I received the best nights sleep immediately. Only a month old and so far I am Extremely satisfied.

Without being able to see or test the mattress first, it's fine. Fairly comfortable but the memory foam still compresses and stays compressed so it still hits painful pressure points. I did wait a full 4 days to allow full expansion as I had to have help because mattresses are no longer made with handles. Should I ever buy another, I'll skip the memory foam completely but that's a personal preference.

I'm overall happy with this product. Took a few days (as expected) for the mattress to puff up and unfold all the way. There was a slight smell that dissipated within a few days as well. My only complaints were that it did have what looked like small pencil eraser sized rust color stains in one or two spots and the stitching was loose in about a four inch section. But for an inexpensive mattress I am happy with the comfort of the item.

I bought 2 twin mattresses for our granddaughters room in our house. We were so delighted with the beds that bought 3 queen mattresses for our rental unit. The online purchase was easy and they ship in a box which makes it easy to receive and install. Love them...

Mattress is very uncomfortable its not firm enough.

Much firmer than expected, we will have to get a memory foam topper. Very disappointing.
