I love this mattress, received it yesterday, much earlier than expected, they left it at my garage door, it had been raining, when I went down to throw away some garbage, I looked over and happened to see the big box leaning on the door. I don't know why they didn't knock, it was 10:00 a.m.. When I saw the box, I afraid the mattress had gotten wet, I have to admit I was a little upset. My 63 yr. old husband and my 20 yr. old son came down,put the box on a dolly, and rolled it up to the front door,slid it into the house and into the bedroom. ****note this was a queen size mattress and very heavy, it takes two people to handle the box three is even better. it is very well wrapped,so it did not get wet. make sure when you get it out of the box to put it on the bed,before unwrapping it. because once the wrapping is removed it will spring into shape. I let it settle on the bed for several hours,before putting the mattress cover and bed linens on.. the bed is made very well, it is of the quality of a sterns and foster bed, I went to bed at 2:00am this morning and woke up at 9:00am this morning and felt like I had slept for 8 hrs. It is so comfortable,like sleeping on air. It reminds of the bed I slept on in boston at the park plaza hotel, the finest bed I ever had the pleasure of sleeping on. I can.t find a negative thing to say about this mattresss.

Came with burnt/clump parts in five different places. Even without the spots, did not like it.

Loved it the first week. Now I feel like it has flattened and is like sleeping on a board!

This mattress is so hard. I woke up feeling like I slept on the bare floor.

Bought this mattress a month ago for a spare bedroom. The mattress is very firm and stiff.
