At first I was a little worried about how firm it was, but after sleeping on it for a couple weeks I'm pretty pleased. I suffer from a bad back and I've been sleeping better than ever! It came in a rectangle box rolled up like a burrito in a vacuum sealed bag. We cut open the plastic and it instantly started to expand. We didn't wait a full 24 hours before we slept on it like it says and it didn't seem bother it at all. It's firm but not too firm to where you feel like you're sleeping on a board. Your body sinks into it which for me is really comfortable. I hardly ever feels my husband toss and turn like I used to. I would recommend this mattress to everyone!

I am not one to write reviews but I must for this. I purchased this after selling my sleep number bed, which I paid over $2000 for, never should have bought it. I was amazed that it came in a box. I opened the box and the bed came to life. It was a full 13" bed in minutes!! I love this bed!! And the price...wow!! Never would have thought a bed this price would be a million times better than a bed that cost over two thousand!! If you are thinking of purchasing this, don't hesitate...buy it!!!

I wouldn't recommend this mattress. It was great at first, but after about 6 months it developed grooves in the pillow top. We have turned it; you can't flip it (but we tried that too). We are of average weight (not overweight) so I think it should have held up better. We are looking forward to the day we can replace it. We both wake up in pain from the indentations in the pillow top.

After researching many beds, took a chance on this one after reading the reviews. My experience couldn't have been better. Liked it so much I bought 2 more for the house. Supportive, yet soft. Easy to transform, heavy but what do you expect from a queen mattress. Just make sure you're in the room that you want the bed to be in. We started the magical transformation, a joy worth half the value of the bed, when we decided that's the wrong room. In a hasty move, I tried to hold the bed back and move it to our other bedroom. Mistake, I got it nearly stuck in the doorway. Chalk that up to user error. As for the claim of a smell, none of ours. If you're on the fence, jump. We did and love them.

We bought this in February of 2018. Three years later, we are shopping for a new mattress because this one has really let us down. We are of below average weight and size and the mattress sags. We got it at a one-time sale price of $289. Goes to prove that you get what you pay for. This time we are shopping in the $400-500 range.

I read the reviews on this product before purchasing it, and was shocked and dismayed by the actual product. First off, when we opened the box it was shipped in, the mattress reeked of mildew. At first, I thought, "Well, it just needs to air out." Or, "Maybe it's made from a natural material that smells different." Hence, we decided to let it air out. Ten days later, the smell continued to grow. Secondly, the sides and edges of this mattress are weak (at the very least). My husband sat on the edge one morning and almost ended up on the floor. Then, I reached over to get something off the nightstand and the same thing happened. I've never seen a mattress with edges like this in my life. Ever. Lastly, the bed is not comfortable. At all. It states firm, but it's more like lumpy and uncomfortable. After a few days I woke up with a sore back. Instead of trying to ship it back, we took it back to Sam's Club and purchased another Serta, which we are extremely pleased with. In the end, all I keep asking myself is: How did this particular mattress receive such high ratings (from so many people)? Do yourself a favor. Don't let the reviews fool you. Don't buy this mattress.

I was unsure how the mattress would be ordering it on line. My husband and I spent one day out shopping and decided we needed a mattress that was more on the firm side. Based on the reviews, we ordered this one on line and we have had it for 1.5 weeks and love it. When it arrive, I was a little worried as it was all rolled up in a big box, but I easily moved it to the bed room. Took it out of the box myself while keeping it rolled up and place it on the box spring and then unwrapped it. This was the easiest way to get the mattress on the bed and I could do it all by myself. It unfolded into a perfect queen size mattress and by the time I got home from work it was perfect for placing my sheets on it and we have had a good night sleep ever since. Love the bed!! Love the value!!

I ordered this bed for my daughter, who is living in an apartment away from home. My one complaint is that I thought they would call about the delivery, I gave her number when we ordered the item and we expected them to notify her when the mattress was delivered. She called me one morning to tell me the matress had been dropped off on the driveway in a large box the night before and she only discovered it when walking out to leave for work. It was impossible for her to move on her own and she had to get two other people to help her get it inside because it was supposed to rain soon. We were lucky it didn't rain overnight and ruin the mattress. But once inside and unpacked the mattress seems perfect! There are no noticeable creases from where they miraculously shoved a queen mattresses into a box. It folded out perfectly and it is the right mixture of soft and firm...though more on the firm side as she preferred. We are very happy with the purchase, we shopped around for a while and this price and satisfaction ratings were impossible to beat. My only suggestion is for those ordering a delivery to have a plan to get it inside. She told me it was almost impossibly heavy for her to lift and getting it into an apartment was not easy. And keep an eye out for a big box, that will be your mattress!

I purchased this bed after buying two 12" Night Therapy twin mattresses for the kids. I laid on theirs and was actually jealous and had a hard time sleeping on my old queen after that. I don't believe their is a better mattress at this price point, and you aren't going to find a deal better than at samsclub online for this product. There is a strong foam smell that comes with the first day or two of opening the bed, but worth it in the end. The product weighs about 115-120 pounds so if you aren't used to loading bails of hay onto trucks you may need some team lift assistance. I'd say the most unique thing about the mattress is how its packaged. Brilliant if you ask me, and the fact that it takes shape after bring unwrapped is also cool. Makes me wonder "how did they think of that!?" Anyway, bed is comfortable and firm. I'm extremely pleased with the quality of the bed, I feel I got it for a steal. One thing I should mention, which has nothing to do with the product itself but the shipping method. Delivery drivers don't care so much to lug this thing around. I had mine delayed because of a tear in the box, which I didn't want to wait another day and picked it up myself. All they did was put a piece of tape over the tear... One day delay for that??? For those wondering it will fit in the back seats of a sedan if they choose to pick it up. I thought I was sent the wrong size at first :)

At first my wife and I were skeptical of what the mattress was going to turn in to, since it arrived in a rectangular box about 5ft x 3ft x 3ft in dimension. The mattress was flattened, vacuum packed, folded in half twice, rolled like a sushi roll, tied up, and then placed in a box for shipment from the manufacturer. The box had to weigh over 100 pounds. Once I got this odd mattress roll up to the bedroom and unleashed it from its bindings, it inflated like it was alive. Within seconds it had expanded to its full 13 inch depth and looked like any other memory foam top mattress you might buy. The instruction do say that it can take several hours for it fully expand. We have had the mattress for a couple of weeks now and I think it has finally fully expanded on my side. I believe the side of the mattress that is on the inside of the roll is compressed much more, so it takes longer to get back to its full firmness. My wife and I are very happy with the mattress, especially considering how inexpensive it is. I am not sure how to explain it, but it is firm and supportive while also being very soft and comfortable. The memory foam on top definitely holds more body heat than a regular mattress. I would definitely recommend this to anybody that does not want to spend the thousands of dollars that a mattress similar to this can run from the name brand companies.
