Well I slept on the full version of this for 9 days at a friend's house over spring break. After two nights I had to know what it was and my friend tells me the mattress was from Sam's. So we looked at the tag so I knew which one to order. Also, my friend told me about the price, I couldn't believe it! So anyway, I got home and ordered one immediately, I was definitely needing a new bed as I was sleeping on a hand me down that dipped in the middle. It arrived today, I set it up immediately (was so cute, my two year old helping me push the box down the hall, I should have videoed :) EASY set up, just like all the other reviews, only a slight smell and that went away already. We have already taken a nap on it, I know I am going to love it! Can't wait to go to bed but the toddler is still going strong tonight, must have been that comfy nap! Already got rid of the hand me down too :) Thanks for the great value Sam's!

Bought this mattress after reading the reviews and thought "Gee, this thing sounds heavenly!" It arrived, I unpacked it, laid on it and at first it felt comfortable, then reality quickly set in. There are "firm" mattresses but this one is "FIRM" to the point that every part of my body hurt. After five days the foam began to separate from the mattress and create rolling soft waves across the mattress. Now, it's not all bad! The good is that if you're on one side and the spouse is on the other, they can't feel your movements very well "but after an hour neither can you!"

Ordered it for a guest bedroom and slept on it for almost two weeks. The mattress is heavy, feels solid, gives great back support, and it reduces motion from one side to the other. My wife usually claims she does not like firm mattresses. Well, let me tell you, we bought a quite expensive 'plush' for our master bedroom and now she wants to go sleep on the guest mattress. I called the manufacturer and inquired about the product and price. I was trying to find out why a mattress with such good reviews cost so much less than others. The explanation I got is that they package it really tight and compact and are able to save on shipping, therefore passing the savings unto the customer. How nice of them, I say! And also their warranty is 5 years vs 10 compared to many others. However, at this price even if it will last 3 years I will be a happy camper. The math is quite simple, instead of spending over 1k for something that will last 6-8 years, might as well spend 300 and you can replace buy this mattress as new every 3 years and end up spending less in the long term. One thing though that I would like to know, is the type of synthetics used in the memory foam layers and how safe or unsafe it is for us. If anyone has an input on that, please provide for all of us.

I was unsure how the mattress would be ordering it on line. My husband and I spent one day out shopping and decided we needed a mattress that was more on the firm side. Based on the reviews, we ordered this one on line and we have had it for 1.5 weeks and love it. When it arrive, I was a little worried as it was all rolled up in a big box, but I easily moved it to the bed room. Took it out of the box myself while keeping it rolled up and place it on the box spring and then unwrapped it. This was the easiest way to get the mattress on the bed and I could do it all by myself. It unfolded into a perfect queen size mattress and by the time I got home from work it was perfect for placing my sheets on it and we have had a good night sleep ever since. Love the bed!! Love the value!!

After researching many beds, took a chance on this one after reading the reviews. My experience couldn't have been better. Liked it so much I bought 2 more for the house. Supportive, yet soft. Easy to transform, heavy but what do you expect from a queen mattress. Just make sure you're in the room that you want the bed to be in. We started the magical transformation, a joy worth half the value of the bed, when we decided that's the wrong room. In a hasty move, I tried to hold the bed back and move it to our other bedroom. Mistake, I got it nearly stuck in the doorway. Chalk that up to user error. As for the claim of a smell, none of ours. If you're on the fence, jump. We did and love them.

I am not one to write reviews but I must for this. I purchased this after selling my sleep number bed, which I paid over $2000 for, never should have bought it. I was amazed that it came in a box. I opened the box and the bed came to life. It was a full 13" bed in minutes!! I love this bed!! And the price...wow!! Never would have thought a bed this price would be a million times better than a bed that cost over two thousand!! If you are thinking of purchasing this, don't hesitate...buy it!!!

I ordered this bed for my daughter, who is living in an apartment away from home. My one complaint is that I thought they would call about the delivery, I gave her number when we ordered the item and we expected them to notify her when the mattress was delivered. She called me one morning to tell me the matress had been dropped off on the driveway in a large box the night before and she only discovered it when walking out to leave for work. It was impossible for her to move on her own and she had to get two other people to help her get it inside because it was supposed to rain soon. We were lucky it didn't rain overnight and ruin the mattress. But once inside and unpacked the mattress seems perfect! There are no noticeable creases from where they miraculously shoved a queen mattresses into a box. It folded out perfectly and it is the right mixture of soft and firm...though more on the firm side as she preferred. We are very happy with the purchase, we shopped around for a while and this price and satisfaction ratings were impossible to beat. My only suggestion is for those ordering a delivery to have a plan to get it inside. She told me it was almost impossibly heavy for her to lift and getting it into an apartment was not easy. And keep an eye out for a big box, that will be your mattress!

My wife and I had a 13 yr old Serta that had been with us through the births of 4 children. It was time for a new bed, and we spent a lot of time researching and looking at beds. Ultimately, we decided to give this one a try based on its price and design. We've had it for one full week, and I'm beginning to get used to the very different design. I'm resting well and waking up refreshed. Our only complaint so far is with the delivery. We were promised a July 12 delivery, but FedEx didn't even pick it up until then, and delivered on the 18th. They also handled it very roughly. Sam's Club, to their credit, took care of our complaint on this matter in a very satisfactory way.

We are VERY pleased with our purchase of this bed for our guest room. It is very comfortable and I am happy to be able to offer it to our guests. Our young grandsons love sleeping on it in "their" room. Be sure to heed the warnings not to open it until it is in the room you are going to use it in because it does pop open and expand quickly. Ours was ready for use the same night we set it up and we didn't detect any lingering odor. I am so glad I believed the other great reviews and took a chance on buying it. I have told several people about our good experience with this mattress and would not hesitate to recommend it.

We bought this in February of 2018. Three years later, we are shopping for a new mattress because this one has really let us down. We are of below average weight and size and the mattress sags. We got it at a one-time sale price of $289. Goes to prove that you get what you pay for. This time we are shopping in the $400-500 range.
