I may not be trying to quit at the moment but I'm definitely trying to cut down. These completely reduce the urge of smoking or vaping. They help a lot when I'm at work and I don't want to have to go outside to vape. They also taste pretty good, tasty ice cherry flavor. I would definitely recommend these!
