It's honestly got a good flavor and not a bad after taste like some other brands I've tried. As far as helping the actual smoking cessation, the 2mg would be great for someone who has been a little further along in the quiting process then myself. Overall great product.

I can put one of these lozenges in my mouth and forget that I want to smoke. They have a pleasent flavor and really help me keep the craving for a cigarette away.

So, we were both interested in trying them in hopes it might help with our cravings to want to smoke cigarettes. In the hopes of it did work that I would purchase more to help him quit. I can quit cold turkey whenever. Well let me tell you these lozenges were the absolute worse. They cause a burning sensation in the back of your throat. They taste absolutely awful. I got super nauseous that I spit out the lozenge after just having it my mouth for a couple of minutes. I would not recommend this to anyone looking to quit smoking. It was an absolutely horrible experience. I’m not sure if we both had just weird experiences or if this happens to everyone. But I would definitely be cautious with this product.

But admittedly I've also had a hard time using it consistently so maybe I would just need more time? I'm not sure. It would be nice if they had fruity flavors instead of mint as well.

He hasn't had any major urges unless it's early in the morning when he wakes up for work but otherwise through out the day he just pops one of these and he is somewhat content

The mint flavor is better than the other offered flavors. Doesn't cause any irritation and I use them daily as needed. Recommended to all my friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cherry Ice flavored mini lozenges work as well as the Mint flavored mini lozenges. The mint can be overpowering in flavor after a while and the Cherry Ice is less harsh on the tastebuds. Variety helps making success more likely. I still prefer the taste and feel of the full sized lozenges which have a longer dissolving time and better mouth feel.
