The packaging for the nicotine lozenges is not hard to open yet is secure. The flavor of these is a nice smooth minty almost menthol like taste, which i enjoyed. They did help curb my cravings for a few hours.

The box contains 8 pocket-sized tubes with cherry ice flavored lozenges containing 4mg of nicotine each. They're very effective for a 10 year smoker of Newports on cutting down my cravings especially when I'm in environments (school, hospital, airport) or on jobs that do no permit smoking in any way.

He says the mints are too strong and burned, probably the mint but might have been irritated also by the nicotine. He didn't feel they were convenient bc carrying them for use during cravings made him focus on smoking, whereas patches keeps them away and helps you brain to not had have much psychological need. He did say that a few times he still needed a little extra though and it did help with cravings. Ultimately has not quit yet though and says it works well for temporary relief from cravings, but not cessation

The taste (I got cherry) is kind of like cough medicine to me. But everyone’s tastebuds are different.

And they are small. As someone who has tried and failed to quit smoking numerous times in their life, the lozenges are definitely a favorable way to go about assisting the quitting process. The water bottle was an awesome perk as well because I have found I drink more water using this.
