I like cherry flavored stuff but I was a little uncertain about the ice part but honestly they aren't bad at all. They help with cravings incredibly well. I’m 4 days now smoke free! I know it might not seem like a long time, but I struggled to not buy cigarettes the first couple of days. Especially in the mornings when my cravings are the worse. They are small, almost similar to a tic tac which isn't too bad and the flavor is not horrible like some lozenges I have tried in the past. I am going to continue to use and see if I can finally quit smoking this time!

They were just the right size, but the mg could have been stronger, but thats just me. The containers are cute, tiny and easy to carry with you!
