I wanted to quit smoking for a very long time, but I delayed everything. On day X, I decided to quit not in the morning, but in the afternoon, so the most difficult time for canceling was at night and in the morning it was a little easier. It has a rather specific taste, but not at all nasty. At first it seemed that it wasn’t helping, but I began to gasp for air deeply, as if I was smoking, my throat was twitching slightly, it looked like, so after a couple of minutes of such fun, the panic passed ... wait out periods of panic and that's it, not for long, from 5 to 15 minutes, and lollipops in this for me turned out to be a huge helper! I used it for 2 weeks, gradually reducing the amount. Now I do without them. I really recommend it to those who decide to give up their nasty habit! Most nicotine replacement lozenges are huge, but these are about tic tac size. I was very excited to have a flavor choice other than the usual mint/cinnamon/regular flavor. These do actually curb my cravings, and the flavor is awesome. I highly recommend these for anyone planning to quit smoking.

I use them a couple of times a day. I have been using them to help me quit smoking and they have been working well. They help me have less cravings. They have a minty taste which is nice. They dissolve easily under my tongue. I like that each tube contains 27 lozenges because each tube lasts me a while. I also really like the mini lozenges. They are a good size and dissolve much more easily under the tongue.
