I am not a fan of mint flavored things so I was so happy to see this flavor! The Lozenges are in small containers and they are super small too so I can slip them in my pocket or pocketbook and no one knows they are there. When I feel the urge to smoke I can use one and it curbs my craving for nicotine. They taste great too cherry with a slight cooling cooling sensation . These really have helped me to quit.

They mint flavor isn't over powering, which is a plus. It was a little difficult to get use to in the beginning, which i would assume is normal but the more days you use the easier it gets. Get alternative to smoking PERIOD. I would recommend this if you are trying to gradually stop smoking.

I found that these helped more than the patches. They have a minty taste that isn't bad at all. They are very easy to use and definitely have helped me cut down on smoking. I will purchase again when I get low. Hopefully I can fully quit with these. Fingers crossed!
