He's a Construction Superintendent n it goes hand in hand with these guys, no judgement, it could be worse habits! He's tried the patches & gum n both make him stomach sick. These Lozenges were a hit with 0 stomach irritation. In 8 mini quie tube containers they easily fit in his pocket or vest on the jobsites. A nice refreshing cherry ice flavor over the usual mint kind. A total of 216 Lozenges in the entire package, holding 27 Lozenges in the tubes. He was so excited that they took away his mid day & evening craving for a smoke.

The box comes with 8 mini bottles that have 27 lozenges in each bottle. These are really handy to keep one in the car, your handbag, the night stand or where ever you feel like keeping it without taking up much space. They are mini size so they don’t take long to dissolve. I did taste the cherry flavor but the nicotine was almost over powering. These left a very strong nicotine flavor on my tongue after it dissolved. I hope I’ll get used to them with time and not feel so nauseous after each one I take.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Member's Mark 4mg Nicotine Mini Lozenges, Mint Flavor is good for temporary, short term nicotine cravings. But for the long haul 4mg was not enough for me, and I found the mint flavor of the lozenge too medicinal tasting and not soothing or calming. It was kind of harsh and the aftertaste was not palatable. I'd tolerate it if the lozenge had provided better relief, but in the end it wasn't worth it. I guess I just prefer gum over a lozenge but either way this just wasn't the answer for me.

I've went from 2 - 3 packs a day down to 10, maybe 12 cigarettes a day. I never would have been able to do it without them.
