I quit many years ago and just started a plan due to the urge to start again. I have purchase mint 2 mg lozenges from a different brand and I found the cherry 4 mg had a better taste and way better after taste plus the 4 mg lozenge works way better compared to the 2 mg lozenges I was already using. I have since purchased these again and will continue to for as long as I need. I would highly recommend trying these to curb that urge but be careful because the flavor makes it hard not to use constantly.

This has a good cherry flavor and it took my cravings away quick and kept them away for a while each time I would take one. This will be a great product when I go to quite smoking. I use them a couple of times a day. I have been using them to help me quit smoking and they have been working well. They help me have less cravings. They have a minty taste which is nice. They dissolve easily under my tongue. I like that each tube contains 27 lozenges because each tube lasts me a while. I also really like the mini lozenges. They are a good size and dissolve much more easily under the tongue.
