You gradually step down in amount over the course of time.  I think as with any bad habit the first couple of weeks are the hardest. It has a pleasant mint taste making it super easy to take. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice option to nicotine replacement, cherry ice flavor tastes good, contains a stop smoking aid that seems to curb the cravings and work, kind of has a warm sensation when letting the lozenge melt inside your mouth, take one about 30 minutes after you wake up if you normally smoke.
