They do work as a stop smoking aid but as anyone knows it’s very hard. For me I’m taking it slow. Baby steps. And trying hard. I do find myself sneaking though but I get better as time goes on. It does fill the nicotine urge but I have other addictions with smoking that’s still a whole other world such as hand to mouth. That’s the hard thing and I’m used to it. These are 4 mg so if you smoke with in the first 30 of waking up you’ll want this mg. Plus it comes with plenty to last. They still taste fresh.

They help fight your cravings. Started with replacing my night time smokes with these, next step is to replace the rest of the days smokes as well!
