[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these lozenges to carry with me in my pockets or my purse. The size of the bottles is small so you can take with you. Little white lozenges that have a big taste and flavor of mint. I didnt want a cigarette for a long time. Each lozenge is 4mg, there's 216 in the box. I would smoke but not as many these have definitely cut my cigarette usage down. I'm trying to quit and these help curb my desire.

The lozenge is great for having something to do with your mouth. It helps as part of a system to quit (I need lots of support as well).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Is this one has numerous little tubes of all the same flavor. great to have the tubes to be able to go in your purse or have one in the car keep one in your office and keep several at home. I found the mint flavor in this one was exceptionally strong at first. After using several times the mint flavor becomes not so strong and overpowering. Does work in removing most of the cravings for the cigarette.

Only downside is they are so small they don’t last long. For someone who places a zin pouch between their check and gums, this product does not give the same feeling as having something there like a nicotine gum would give. It’s is great product if you are into mints, the size is just a downfall. The product does come in smaller containers that are easy to carry around with you which is a plus.
