I only use 1 lozenge per hour the first couple days. Now I'm using 1 every 3 to 4 hours! I don't even crave cigarettes at all. These come in so handy when I can't smoke, and am having a craving. Easy to just pop one in your mouth, has a great taste & takes your mind off the fact that you can't have a cigarette. I would recommend.

I have tried to quit smoking several times in my adult life, but never lasted too long. These lozenges were great. The flavor was similar to my menthol flavored smokes. I used these while at work to help me transition to a non smoker. My smoking has been cut by half.
