I was curious about what they tasted like so I tried one and they're pretty strong. You can immediately start to feel the cooling sensation. The flavor is cherry ice and the name suits it well. It's pretty intense but bearable. When I am committed to quiting I will give them a try.

As I slowly started smoking less, I was given the opportunity to test the Member's Mark 2 mg lozenges. The flavor, cherry ice, tastes so good. Nothing has worked, even a little bit. When I crave a cigarette nowadays, I pop a "Members Mark " mini nicotine Lozenge into my mouth. I prefer the Cherry ice flavor. I haven't quit completely yet. I have been using the lozenges for almost 3 weeks now and have cut down DRASTICALLY! 30 cigarettes a day, down to 12 a day. A few more weeks!!

I take one when I wake up to change my usual habit of lighting up first thing in the morning. So far, I have cut my smoking by half and it has only been 3 weeks.
