The size for these are very easy to carry around day to day and it's much smaller than a pack of smokes. The taste of these are great and they keep my mouth occupied when I have cravings as well as calm any symptoms of withdrawal, it's fantastic.

It was hard for me because I'm taking other medicines and in other therapies at the moment so I think when I'm 100 percent ready to quit this will be goto! The mint lozenge was a good size, not too big or too small. It actually worked to minimize my cigarette craving which was amazing! I took these on a trip abroad recently and it was super easy to pack these and not have to worry about finding someplace to smoke, find a lighter, etc.

I love Cherry flavor anything. There's just the right amount of cherry, and ice. I started at 9 a day, and I'm between 5-6 a day now. They really help with the cravings. I don't feel on edge. The container is small enough to put them in your pocket or purse. I am truly amazed!
