They fit anywhere, in a pocket if needed. This pack comes with 8 vial containers with a total of 216 Mint flavored tabs. The Mint is great, not to overpowering. These definitely help to take the edge off and don't make me feel queasy as higher doses can. These are helping me cut back with the ultimate goal of quitting. I'm happy to have a helper that works!

He's been struggling, I gave him these to use instead of smoking. They've been helping him get through the nights with no cigarettes. Instead of smoking he uses these.
